  The Filipinx American Student Organization (FASO) at UW-Madison will hold the Philippine Culture Night (PCN) on April 12, 2025, Saturday, 7-10 p.m. at Varsity Hall in Union South. This year's theme is Hindi ka Nag-iisa (you are never alone).

  FASO recently announced the PCN's headliner, Buboy, a 19-year-old indie-rock musician from Gainesville, FL, who just released his album “Sixteen.”

  To commemorate Mother’s Day and the Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, PAMANA hosts this gala to celebrate the contributions of Filipino and Filipino American mothers in Madison and nearby areas.

  Hear their stories as we present the Mother of the Year award. Help support PAMANA’s programs (including scholarship and social services), and enjoy a night of music, dancing, silent auction, and prizes!

  Our guest speaker is a Filipina icon, inspiration, and mother known for her integrity and advocacy. The Gala will also have another surprise guest from a reality singing competition who will serenade mother attendees with a harana!

  From March 1 to 31, a PAMANA member can avail of the March Madness promo rate by reserving a table for 9 guests for just $540. This translates to only $60 per person, which is already a crazy deal for a formal dinner event at a 4-star hotel. How mad is that?!
